Property Manager (Temporary | Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Location:
Kearny Mesa/Birdland Area Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay Rate:
$30.00+/hour
DOE Assignment Length:
Approximately 3 months, with potential for temp-to-hire Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of their busiest residential communities located in the Kearny Mesa/Birdland area. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who has successfully managed a property independently and can effectively lead onsite operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume apartment community. Supervise a team of 5 staff members, including: Assistant Manager Leasing Agent 3 Maintenance Technicians Coordinate and respond to emergency calls as needed. Oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance operations, and property performance. Utilize Yardi software to manage property operations and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer service standards. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience. (Must have overseen a staff and have the title Property Manager) Requirement of managing a Minimum of 200 unit apartment Must know Fair Housing Laws of CA Recent Industry experience as a Property Manager (has worked in the role in the past 5 months) Yardi Experience or equivalent Required Prior experience independently managing a residential property. Strong leadership and supervisory experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
