We're seeking a proven Community Manager (Portfolio) who brings direct HOA/community management experience and can confidently lead a portfolio of associations from day one. What You'll Do As a Community Manager, you'll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners Leading Board meetings , preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up Managing association operations in alignment with governing documents and management agreements Reviewing financials and budgets , providing insight and recommendations Overseeing vendors, contracts, and capital projects Managing compliance, collections, and risk awareness Conducting site inspections and maintaining community standards Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center Why This Role Stands Out This position offers experienced-level compensation and true hybrid flexibility backed by a company that provides the tools and support needed to succeed. Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000/annually;direct experience highly considered. Requirements What We're Looking For This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.
Required:
Direct HOA / Community Management experience Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred:
Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.) Work Environment This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You'll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
