About us Haven City Market is a small business in West Covina, CA. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to manage a food hall with 30+ restaurants and weekly event activities.

Modern office setting We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about property management, brand building, and the restaurant industry. We have over 30 restaurant concepts and weekly live events, so there is always a new and exciting project to tackle! This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a foundational knowledge of property management processes.
Administrative Support:
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients/visitors. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical). Schedule meetings for Property Owner Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers. Support executive or marketing staff with project coordination.
Property Management Coordination:
Assist with tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests. Maintain up-to-date tenant and lease records in property management software (Appfolio experience is preferred).
Support lease administration:
tracking expirations, renewals, rent increases, and notices.
Assist with vendor management:
obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and verifying completion of work. Monitor rent collections and issue late payment reminders as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
2+ years of Management Expierience. 1+ years in property management or real estate support preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a strongly preferred. Ability to adapt to new technologies Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
