Residential Housing•CRS/CLA About the Role Favarh is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Housing Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of a residential program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role assists with staff supervision, medication oversight, documentation, and participant support to ensure a safe, respectful, and person-centered living environment. The Assistant Manager may act in the Manager's absence and plays a key role in promoting independence and quality of life.
