This community will consist of luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, when complete, and will include class A amenities and unit features. This property requires an energetic, experienced, self-motivated, Lease Up Property Manager, who knows the area and demographics of Newington, CT and will lease this wonderful community to 100%. Great work location, close to shopping and dining. The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting. Ideal Candidate must be motivated, friendly, and outgoing; a dependable self starter with enthusiasm for leasing and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite software a plus. 5 or more years experience as a Property Manager is preferred. A. R.
