Duties:

In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a self-storage facility while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. Job duties include but not limited to: Rent self-storage units and assist customers with selection Work with your small staff to achieve business goals Answer phone, make calls and respond to all customer requests Maintain accurate rental agreements and complete customer files Office administration - use of software, filing and interpreting reports Light maintenance such as cleaning units, pulling weeds, sweeping, mopping and minor repairs Staff management Understand property needs and negotiate with approved vendors within budgetary guidelines Daily walk throughs and security checks of the property Follow opening/closing and daily operational procedures Maintain, balance and reconcile daily financial transactions Assist truck rental customers Banking, auction preparation, other errands Pay starts at $20/hr.
