Seacrest Services is a leading provider of property management solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residential communities. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a condominium or HOA community, fostering a positive environment for residents, and supporting the Board of Directors. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead onsite staff, coordinate projects, and make a meaningful impact on the communitys daily life. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the community, ensuring high-quality service for residents and the Association. Act as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Seacrest Services. Coordinate and supervise property projects, vendor relationships, maintenance activities, and community needs. Lead, supervise, and provide direction to onsite staff members. Maintain organized property records, correspondence, reports, and operational documentation. Assist with Board meetings, community projects, and other Association-related responsibilities. Utilize property management software and technology to support efficient operations. Ensure all community matters are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of business or professional experience. Experience managing condominiums or homeowners associations (HOA) is required. Proven experience in property management and staff supervision. Project management experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with computers and property management technology; experience with Vantaca is a plus. Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities. Advanced English communication skills. Compensation $85,000 annually | Full-time | MondayFriday Seacrest Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
