We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Property Management Coordinator who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, leading teams, solving operational challenges, and driving business growth. Position Summary The Senior Property Management Coordinator will lead the daily operations of our Property Management division in Florida while working closely with our US Senior Operations Manager and our Colombia leadership team. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute operationally, improve processes, and lead the team to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily property management operations. Coordinate inspections, maintenance, leasing activities, and vendor relationships. Develop and improve operational processes and standard operating procedures. Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality. Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the US and Colombia. Ensure compliance with Florida property management regulations and company policies. Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability. Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Management or Real Estate Operations. Previous leadership experience managing teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Preferred Experience in the Florida real estate market. Experience working with remote or international teams. Knowledge of Buildium, AppFolio, Hostaway, or similar platforms.
