Full-time Position Summary Hawkins Service Company is seeking a driven and experienced Residential Electrical Operations Manager to lead and grow our Residential Electrical Division. This leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate has strong residential electrical experience, understands current electrical codes, thrives in a performance-driven culture, and is committed to coaching teams in alignment with Nexstar Network principles. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations of the Residential Electrical Division. Ensure compliance with current residential electrical codes and safety standards. Implement and maintain processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics. Financial Management 5 to 10 years of P/L experience. Read, interpret, and analyze Profit & Loss statements. Identify trends and pull the appropriate operational and financial levers to correct performance gaps. Manage departmental budgets and improve gross margin performance. Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control. Team Development & Culture Coach, mentor, and train electricians and field leaders. Deliver structured training programs that benefit both team members and clients. Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing "A-Players" to expand and strengthen the division. Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values and Nexstar principles. Technology & Systems Utilize Service Titan for scheduling, reporting, and operational management. Analyze data and generate reports using Excel. Prepare presentations and training materials using Word and PowerPoint. Leverage technology to improve workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy. Qualifications Proven experience in residential electrical operations. Strong knowledge of current electrical codes and compliance standards. Previous leadership or management experience within a residential electrical service environment. Demonstrated ability to read and act on P&L statements. Experience with Service Titan preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
