PROPERTY MANAGER Peavy Properties - Growing Teams in Georgia Peavy Properties is seeking a strong, results-driven Property Manager to lead and grow one of our communities. Experience in property management is preferred, but not required. If you have a background in management within another industry , we want to hear from you. General Managers in restaurant and retail environments are strongly encouraged to apply.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who:

Has management experience (property management, restaurant, retail, or similar) Knows how to lead a team and hold people accountable Is organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Understands customer service and how to drive results

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Overseeing daily property operations Managing leasing activity and occupancy goals Driving collections and financial performance Leading and developing onsite staff Ensuring property standards, curb appeal, and compliance
