THE ROLE

We are seeking a Retail Experience & Community Manager to lead the in-store experience, support our retail team, and build meaningful connections within our local community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff training and onboarding Team coaching and development Floor leadership Visual merchandising ownership Product placement and rotation Floor flow and bi-weekly re-merchandising VM execution aligned with brand direction Sales goal communication and team motivation In-store promotions and events Social media communication for events Clienteling and loyalty program management Customer relationship building and repeat business Staff scheduling Hiring posts and interview scheduling

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Retail leadership and customer service experience Visual merchandising experience and strong eye for aesthetics Team training and management experience Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, proactive, and personable Interest in fashion, lifestyle, design, and community
