Job Description

We are seeking a Mobile Home Park Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Office Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions Communicate with the corporate office regarding various property improvement initiatives. Attract and educate new tenants Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Vet and hire contractors Enforce property rules and regulations

Maintenance Responsibilities:

Maintain the grounds (mowing, edging, trimming) Spraying Weeds Picking up trash Etc.

Qualifications:

Previous management experience Ability to build rapport with tenants Excellent written and verbal communication skills We do not provide any benefits. However, you'll have a flexible schedule.

Pay:

$4,000.00 per month
