Elevate Commercial is seeking a Property Manager to oversee two Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) in Ketchum, Idaho , with additional responsibility for an RV community in Bellevue, Idaho . This is a hands-on opportunity for an organized, dependable, and people-focused professional who enjoys working with residents, managing property operations, and solving problems. This is an on-site position based in Idaho. We welcome applications from candidates across the United States who are open to relocating for this opportunity. (Eligible candidates may have the opportunity to receive reduced-rate housing at one of our Sun Valley cabins, subject to availability.) What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of two MHCs in Ketchum Provide oversight and support for the Bellevue RV community, with additional off-site support from our corporate team Build strong relationships with residents and prospective residents Manage leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications Support rent collection and delinquency follow-up Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and contractors Conduct property walks and help ensure communities are clean, safe, and well-maintained Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally Maintain accurate resident and property records Enforce community policies and lease requirements consistently Support Fair Housing compliance and company policies Communicate regularly with leadership and the corporate support team Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, occupancy, and property performance What We're Looking For 2+ year of experience in property management, leasing, customer service, community management, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and with a team Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to take ownership and follow through Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Willingness to travel between properties as needed Manufactured housing or RV experience is a plus.
