We are looking for a qualified individual to assist with the overall upkeep and maintenance of the interior and exterior of high-end residences in the Ketchum and Sun Valley areas. The candidate will supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the properties. Top priority for this candidate is to ensure that the physical buildings and improvements are maintained to the highest aesthetic and performance standards while working within budgets as directed by Homeowners. The ability to perform small repairs and maintenance via handyman skills is preferred. In addition to this, the candidate will need to field all concierge requests made by the Homeowners when they are in residence or out of residence. To be a successful in this role, one should be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail. This role includes extensive standing, walking, bending, heavy lifting and regular correspondence via iPhone and iPad. Demonstrating proficiency in time management, e-mail communications, app usage, vendor communications is a daily requirement of the job duties. Responsibilities Assist in managing, maintaining, and servicing building systems including but not limited to basic HVAC, lighting, electrical, and spa equipment and making recommendations for improvements. Willingness to be hands-on and fix small projects when needed. Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations of residences and property grounds. Ensuring that residences are maintained and all mechanical equipment is running smoothly. Managing utilities, creating residence manuals and ensuring homeowner's receive competitive quotes on maintenance and repairs. Managing multiple residences, traveling to each one to maintain oversight and contact with sites and teams. Order and maintain inventory of all necessary supplies and equipment. Acting as first point of contact for vendors and subcontractors. Acting as first point of contact in case of emergency (i.e., alarm going off, pool leaking) Additional Property Management responsibilities as requested. Hospitality and service as needed upon request. Requirements Experience in property management including the coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and renovations. Great leadership and project management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities. Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed. The ability to be on call at all times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have experience working in high stress, fast-paced environments with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
