Seeking high-energy individuals who are ready to hit the ground running in our super busy Crystal Lake Property Management office. The ideal candidates will be a detailed oriented Executive Admin with a history of initiative. Association Property Management (Homeowner Association Management) experience is a MUST (1 year required) ! A natural leader who embraces taking ownership and juggling multiple tasks, possess a high attention to detail, is a team player and identifies with clients & other Professionals.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Working with the public, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments.
• Excellent computer, typing and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and Google Suites for Business and related applications.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must!!!
• Ability to perform under pressure by being able to problem solve, multi-task, prioritize workload and adhere to strict deadlines is a must.
• Natural ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to build and maintain highly regarded relationships with customers, clients and vendors.

Property Management Experience is a must!
