Join Our Team The Mental Health Centers of Western Illinois is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and organized Residential Supervisor to lead our Residential Program in Brown County. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals living with chronic mental illness while supporting staff development, program compliance, and operational excellence. Position Summary The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing residential services and supervising Residential Managers and Community Support Workers to ensure the delivery of quality, evidence-based mental health services. This position provides operational oversight of residential programming, supports the agency's HUD housing initiatives, and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, including Rule 132, CARF standards, and HUD requirements. The Residential Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations and the Executive Director. Primary Responsibilities Supervise, mentor, evaluate, and support Residential Managers and Community Support Workers. Review and approve employee timesheets for payroll processing. Ensure residential services comply with Illinois Rule 132, HUD regulations, and Department of Mental Health requirements. Monitor program operations to ensure quality, person-centered, evidence-based services. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all residential programs. Provide orientation, ongoing training, and cross-training for residential staff. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance. Work closely with administration to support fiscal responsibility and prevent funding deficits. Coordinate with internal departments and community partners to ensure continuity of care. Assist HUD tenants with annual recertification documentation as needed. Maintain program data and statistics for reporting and evaluation. Participate in the agency's Crisis Response Team. Attend administrative meetings and required trainings. Maintain CPR/First Aid certification. Protect the confidentiality of client, personnel, and agency information. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
