Position Summary As the Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including leasing, resident relations, financial management, and team leadership. Your goal is to ensure our property runs efficiently and continues to provide an outstanding living experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, rent collection, and financial reporting. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships. Support leasing efforts by marketing available units, conducting tours, and processing applications. Oversee maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders. Monitor property performance metrics and contribute to strategies for meeting occupancy, income, and expense goals. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local ordinances, and company policies. Serve as a resource for residents utilizing housing vouchers and assist with navigating the application and recertification processes. Qualifications Proven experience in property management, leasing, or a related field (Assistant Property Manager experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing top-notch customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi experience is a plus).
