Are you passionate about affordable housing and making a difference in your community? National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager I to oversee the daily operations of our 49-unit Cedar Square community in Ottawa, Kansas . If you're a customer-focused leader who enjoys building relationships and managing a thriving community, we'd love to meet you! (Senior Affordable Housing) What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of a 49-unit affordable housing community. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents. Manage leasing, move-ins, renewals, resident files, and occupancy. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services. Monitor rent collections, budgets, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies. Maintain accurate records using Yardi and Microsoft Office. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of property management experience (HUD, LIHTC, or affordable housing preferred). Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed.
