Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician dedicated to supporting our multi-family housing community in Stanton, KY. In this energetic role, you will perform essential maintenance, repair, and preventative tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of residents as well as basic "make ready" tasks to ensure apartments are ready for move in. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of building systems, facilities, and interior spaces, creating a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently with little supervision. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and basic "make ready" tasks. Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance requests efficiently. Utilize property management software and smart phone/tablet. Be willing to learn and maintain knowledge of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and Section 8 requirements to ensure compliance in all interactions. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably within property management settings. Strong understanding of fair housing regulations. Proficiency in using property management software and smart phone/tablet​ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License Be willing to be on call Drug screening and background check required. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
