Part-Time Property Manager needed for East New Market, MD Manufactured Home Community. The property manager is responsible for the daily operations which includes rent collections, resident relations, property inspections and rule enforcement, leasing, evictions, marketing, maintaining the curb appeal of community, supervision of property maintenance, among others. Prior property management experience very helpful. Wage based on experience. We offer competitive salary and administrative support.

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week Application Question(s): This role is 20 hours per week and will not become a full-time position. Are you specifically looking for long-term part-time work? Are you available during weekday daytime business hours on a consistent weekly schedule, including Friday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 on the weeks a court hearing is scheduled? This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You invoice for your hours and are responsible for your own taxes. Does that work for you? Do you have 3 or more years of experience independently running the operations of a business, office, or property? This can include property management, leasing, office management, bookkeeping, or running the back end of a small business.
