Coordinate resident move-ins, lease signings, onboarding, and renewals. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turnovers. Address resident concerns and enforce lease compliance professionally and consistently. Monitor property conditions, safety needs, and capital improvement needs. Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation. Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff. Coordinate with the Occupancy Department regarding tenant documentation and apartment showings. Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and company policies. What We're Looking For Experience in property management, multi-family housing, affordable housing, real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to serving residents. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred. Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and interact professionally with diverse populations.
