(ASI-NE) is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Home Manager to lead one of our IDD residential programs. You'll lead a dedicated team, support residents in achieving their goals, and make a lasting impact every single day. What You'll Be Doing Overseeing daily operations of the home Promoting a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising staff Ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations Providing leadership, direction, and positive team culture Supporting medical and personal care needs when necessary Helping individuals build independence and community connections Working directly with the individuals we serve for 25+ direct care hours per week
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Required:
DSP Certification Age 21 or older Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work directly with individuals served Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications Ability to complete required agency trainings including Welle, CPR/First Aid, and other regulatory training
Preferred:
