Job Description:
As Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of real estate properties on behalf of property owners or real estate investment companies. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our property. Your primary goal will be to ensure resident satisfaction, efficient property maintenance, and optimal financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Lease Management :
Oversee all aspects of lease administration, including lease renewals, rent collection, and enforcement of lease terms.
Financial Management :
Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize revenue through effective rent strategies.
Maintenance and Repairs :
Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring the timely resolution of issues and adherence to quality standards.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee property-related projects, maintenance, and renovations.
Property Inspections:
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance with lease agreements.
Marketing and Tenant Acquisition:
Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, conduct property tours, and manage the tenant application process.
Team Leadership :
Supervise property management staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Compliance :
Stay informed about local, state, and federal property management regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Reporting :
Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials to Managing Members.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Property Manager or similar role, preferably managing a large residential property required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with residents, team members, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Solid understanding of property management software and computer proficiency. Knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing procedures, and property maintenance best practices. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
