Job Summary This position is one of the most important in our company as the Property Manager is essentially the face of the asset, responsible for maintaining the physical appearance, as well as maximizing financial returns in accordance with our company's values and expectations. Should you be selected for the position, you will receive onsite training in preparations of managing the following locations: Lux Off Washington in Bay City, MI. Lux Off Linden in Flint, MI Grove Off North in Fenton, MI This is a scattered site position, you will be required to work 4 days in Bay City, and one day per week in Flint or Fenton depending on the specific needs of your properties. Property Manager:

JOB DUTIES

• Daily oversight/maintenance of curb appeal
• Promotion of Property through outside marketing campaigns
• Performance of showings to interested applicants
• Relationship building in the local community
• Management of onsite residents including but not limited to rent collection, evictions proceedings, community rule enforcement, etc.
• Budget management and financial reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of managerial experience
• Strong written and verbal communication/teamwork skills
• Professional presentation compatible with AFI Core Values
• Willingness to learn and work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40
• 50 hours per week with additional hours as required for proper management of asset
• Ability to solve problems involving: residents, personnel, finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations, etc.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary of $50,000/year
• 60,000/year
• Extensive Performance Based Bonus Opportunities (~$20,000/year +
