Overview Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager, where you will lead the oversight and maintenance of diverse property portfolios. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will help optimize facility performance, enhance tenant satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency. We are looking for a very organized and outgoing individual to work across multiple Residential Multifamily Properties. This is a FT position with an 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday Work Schedule. Applicants with significant experience in property management and use of Yardi property management software required. Applicant must have experience working with Public Housing, and Section 8 contracts. Duties Ensures that all resident payments are collected when due and posted in a timely manner. Constant vendor/contractor communications concerning work scheduling, billings, vendor relations and certificates of insurance. Ensures that resident files are complete and executed properly. Maintains records on all aspects of management activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Submits required reports to Board of Directors on monthly basis. Periodic inspection with residents move-in/move-outs. Review all notices to vacate to determine the cause of the move-out. Coordinates with maintenance to ensure timely turn of work orders and units after move-out. Physically walk and inspect community on a regular basis; check on vacant units. Supervise maintenance staff, including maintenance supervisor and any contract workers. Report payroll information to Human Resources Assist in the preparation of daily bank deposits. Process and oversee completion of Annual and Interim Certifications Oversee Resident Waitlist Travel at times to multiple site locations to review files for accuracy. Experience Must possess High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Excellent computer skills with willingness and capability to learn new programs. Must have HUD Certification experience Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be well organized and detail oriented. Ability to interact with a wide variety of residents. Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure, emergency situations, etc. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to handle finances and work within a budget Must be knowledgeable of all applicable federal, state and local laws pertaining to Fair Housing and EEO Must be professional in appearance Property Management background Ability to maintain a current driver's license in the State of Michigan and appropriate insurance as you will need to make use of your personal vehicle for work-related duties.

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
