In this high-impact, full-cycle role, you'll deliver an elevated prospect experience from first tour to signed lease while guiding lead engagement and pipeline conversion. Beyond property openings, you'll serve as a key portfolio resource—mentoring onsite teams, championing leasing best practices, and stepping in to keep properties thriving across the Twin Cities. Organization Background W-2 Employment Unlike many lease-up focused roles in the market, this is a full-time Stonebridge position with long-term opportunity and portfolio growth.
Compensation Base wage:
$42,000 - $95,000 (to include bonus and commission) Full Leasing Ownership The Leasing Manager owns the prospect experience from first contact through signed lease. Growing Portfolio Support multifamily communities across an expanding Minnesota portfolio. Ownership Exposure Work directly with ownership on lease-up strategy, traffic generation, pricing, and leasing performance. Duties & Responsibilities
LEAD MANAGEMENT & PROSPECT ENGAGEMENT
Respond to inbound leads across phone, text, and email
Maintain consistent follow-up cadence throughout the prospect journey
Schedule tours and manage appointment pipeline
Drive urgency and engagement through strong lead management practices
LEAD THE LEASING EXPERIENCE
Conduct in-person and virtual tours
Build strong prospect relationships through consistent communication
Guide prospects through applications and lease execution
Manage the full leasing cycle independently from first contact through signed lease
DRIVE LEASE-UP SUCCESS
Lead leasing efforts for new community openings
Drive leasing momentum from pre-leasing through stabilization
Partner with leadership on pricing, traffic strategy, and concessions
Help establish leasing processes and expectations for new communities
MAXIMIZE ANCILLARY INCOME
Introduce garages, storage, and parking during every tour and again before lease signing
Assign and track parking, garage, and storage rentals alongside unit leasing goals
Reinforce ancillary selling with onsite leasing and management teams across the portfolio
Partner with ownership on incentives and initiatives that grow ancillary income during lease-up
TRACK & REPORT PERFORMANCE
Monitor leads, tours, applications, and conversion activity—and flag risks early
Track which marketing sources drive qualified traffic and recommend adjustments to improve conversion
Stay current on market comps and conditions to inform pricing and concession conversations
Share clear, consistent updates with leadership on results, trends, and recommended next steps Qualifications
5+ years of multifamily leasing experience
Lease-up and sales experience required, with strong closing performance and sales confidence
Experience managing the full leasing cycle independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with RentCafe and Yardi required; CRM experience preferred
Self-directed, organized, and highly accountable
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
Ability to operate confidently across multiple communities and teams
Adaptable, customer-centric, and committed to an exceptional prospect experience
