Job Description

Full time Professional Manager position in Alton. Candidates need to have strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport with people supported, TCM's, family members and guardians. Candidates should also possess organizational and time management skills.

Job Summary:

The Professional Manager is a leadership position who coaches a team to provide the optimal services to people supported to live the best life possible. The PM supervises team leaders and assures excellence and implementation of TJSH values. The PM promotes community membership and socialization among staff and people supported.
