Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manufactured Home Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic property management team in Hendersonville North Carolina. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of manufactured housing communities, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and efficient property management. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming environment while maintaining compliance with housing regulations and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Additionally there is an opportunity to earn commission on home sales. Responsibilities Manage leasing activities, including lease or rental agreement management, tenant screening, and move-in/move-out processes using property management tools like Rent Manager. Oversee property maintenance coordination to ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all applicable regulations such as Fair Housing. Handle client communication with residents, prospects, and vendors via phone, email, and in person to provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts effectively. Supervise team members by providing guidance on conflict management, customer service standards, and administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. Monitor property budgets, assist with financial reporting, and support upselling efforts to maximize revenue opportunities within the community. Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing programs, and other legal administrative requirements. Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate property maintenance activities, and manage facilities to uphold high standards of quality. Requirements Proven experience in manufactured home communities management. Strong knowledge of Rent Manager, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and other property management tools. Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and lease agreement management. Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation skills, and client communication to foster positive resident relationships. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing systems, and administrative processes. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Assist in home sales, home staging, and marketing. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
