NFI North is seeking 2nd Shift Wednesday-Saturday Direct Care Counselor for our Transitional Housing Program in Ashland, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior.
Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
