Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to support property management operations. This role involves hands-on tasks related to property maintenance, groundskeeping, and general upkeep to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in property management and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, repairs, and light carpentry Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal as needed Clean common areas, hallways, and exterior spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist with loading and unloading supplies or equipment for property projects Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Support moving furniture or equipment during property turnovers or renovations Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or issues promptly Collaborate with property management team to complete assigned tasks efficiently Speaking with potential and existing clients on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or construction is a plus but not required Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required for moving between properties. Also, comfortable towing a trailer Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in property maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory This position provides valuable hands-on experience in property management while supporting the upkeep of residential or commercial properties. Pay:
$17.55 - $24.32 per hour
