$42,000 + Housing Provided Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and compassionate Live-In House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a sober living residence. This individual will reside on-site and play an important role in maintaining a safe, structured, respectful, and recovery-focused living environment for residents. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, able to maintain appropriate boundaries, and comfortable holding residents accountable to house rules and expectations while providing support in a professional and respectful manner. This is a live-in position, and the House Manager is required to reside at the sober living residence. Key Responsibilities Live on-site and serve as the primary point of contact for residents. Maintain a safe, sober, structured, and respectful living environment. Enforce house rules, curfews, schedules, and resident expectations consistently and fairly. Monitor resident compliance with chores, cleanliness, curfew, and other house requirements. Conduct routine walk-throughs of the residence and ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained appropriately. Facilitate regular house meetings and communicate expectations, updates, and concerns to residents. Assist with welcoming and orienting new residents to the home, including reviewing house rules and expectations. Address resident conflicts and concerns calmly, professionally, and appropriately. Respond to urgent situations or emergencies in accordance with established procedures. Document incidents, rule violations, and other significant concerns and promptly communicate them to management. Report maintenance, safety, or property concerns to the appropriate individual. Assist with drug and alcohol screening/testing in accordance with company policies and procedures, as applicable. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and resident confidentiality. Communicate regularly with management regarding the overall operation of the house. Serve as a positive example of accountability, responsibility, and healthy living. Perform other house management duties as assigned. Schedule This is a live-in position requiring the House Manager to reside at the sober living residence. The position requires flexibility and availability during designated house-management hours, including evenings and/or weekends as needed. Requirements:

Qualifications Must be willing and able to live on-site as a condition of the position . Previous experience in sober living, behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential services, peer support, or a related environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with residents. Ability to enforce rules consistently while remaining respectful and professional. Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Dependable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to respond appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations. Basic computer and documentation skills. Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening.
