Job description: Middlesex Management is currently hiring enthusiastic individuals to immediately fill the full-time position of Live-in Superintendent for for a property in multiple locations across
New Jersey:
Ewing, North Brunswick, Middlesex, Lakewood. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems, equipment, and common areas Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly, coordinating contractors when necessary Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of property grounds to a high standard Communicate regularly with the Property Manager, reporting any building deficiencies Assist in enforcing building rules and policies in a professional manner Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including elevator bookings and coordination Oversee third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of the on-call rotation Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and tenants Support the Property Manager in additional areas as issues arise Qualifications & Skills 3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fields preferred Valid driver's license Ability to take direction and work effectively under supervision General knowledge of building systems and operations Skilled in handling minor repairs and coordinating contractors for larger projects Strong problem-solving abilities with patience and a common-sense approach Professional demeanor and responsiveness to residents' needs Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Basic administrative and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and property-related software (e.g., security or intercom systems)

$16.69 - $20.79 per hour
