Job Description

Looking for an On-Site Property Management Team. Brand new one bedroom/one bath apartment including washer, dryer, AC and cute outdoor patio plus $3,000/month compensation for a two-person resident management team. The facility is a brand new RV and Boat Storage Facility consisting of 194 RV/Boat Storage Spaces and 309 Mini Storage Units. Opening Fall 2026 in Carson City, Nevada. We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy a quieter lifestyle and would like to live on-site while managing a brand-new RV and boat storage facility. This position is ideal for people who enjoy interacting with customers, keeping a property organized, and taking pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming facility.

Duties:

Office Assist customers with rentals Answer phone calls and emails Process rental agreements Receive payments Basic bookkeeping Maintain tenant records Property Walk the property daily Open and close facility (if applicable) Monitor security Coordinate vendors Report maintenance issues Keep common areas clean and organized Future Growth As the facility grows, an additional groundskeeper/maintenance employee will be hired to assist with exterior maintenance and provide scheduling flexibility.

Compensation Compensation includes:

Brand new private one-bedroom apartment located on-site $3,000 monthly salary for the management team (combined compensation) Utilities Bonus structure Paid time off
