Job Description
Youth Enrichment Services (YES) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and mission-driven Program Manager to lead and supervise a team responsible for community outreach, engagement initiatives, educational programming, and resource navigation services. This leadership role is ideal for a bilingual professional with strong management skills and a passion for building community partnerships and supporting program growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Supervisory or management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating community-based programs, outreach initiatives, or public-facing services preferred. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for community events and activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, mentor, and evaluate program staff while ensuring effective service delivery. Coordinate staff schedules, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities. Plan and oversee community outreach initiatives, workshops, informational events, and public engagement activities. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Support participants through resource navigation, information sharing, and community engagement efforts. Monitor program performance, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare required reports. Assist with program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Represent Youth Enrichment Services professionally within the community and at public events. Why Join YES?
