PART TIME

energetic, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead daily operations at our Endicott facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and enjoy driving results, this is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact role. This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

Lead Groundskeeping Operations Ensure the facility is clean, secure, and operating efficiently Handle maintenance at the property (unit clean outs, lawn care, etc.) Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Respond to tenant inquiries with professionalism and urgency Resolve concerns and disputes with confidence and care Build strong relationships with tenants and vendors Stay Organized & Data-Driven Utilize StorEdge property management software Track occupancy, revenue performance, and key operational metric Maintain accurate contacts, records, and reports What we're looking for: 2+ years of property management or maintenance experience Retail, hospitality, or customer service background preferred Confident communicator with excellent phone etiquette Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently Professional, solution-oriented mindset

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
