Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager Aspen Companies Management Liverpool, NY Job Details Full-time $18 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Affordable housing management Full Job Description Under direction of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of the on-site operation of a property including but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Must have LIHTC experience. Recertification Specialist/COS Requirements Yardi experience is a plus. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
