Job Description

Property Manager We're looking for a Property Manager to join our team! As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential community, ensuring smooth property performance and a positive living experience for residents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns promptly Manage leasing activities including new leases, renewals, and documentation Oversee rent collection and follow up on late payments in accordance with company policies Coordinate all move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnovers Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times Work closely with maintenance to complete service requests efficiently Communicate regularly with ownership/management regarding property updates, inspections, and ongoing projects Qualifications Minimum 2 years of property management experience (HUD experience strongly preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with OneSite or RealPage is a plus Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Must be fluent in
