Part-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Home Community Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident relations, and home sales within our manufactured housing community. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats—from property management to sales and emergency response. Schedule Monday -
Friday:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Some weekends required for home showings, community needs, or special events Emergency availability required for after-hours issues (on-call rotation or as needed) Key Responsibilities (incuded but not limited to) Property & Community Management Manage day-to-day operations of the mobile home community Enforce community rules, lease agreements, and park policies Address resident concerns, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Conduct regular community inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness Handle rent collection, notices, and basic administrative duties Home Sales & Leasing Market, show, and sell manufactured homes within the community Assist prospective buyers and renters throughout the application and approval process Prepare and explain sales agreements, leases, and related documentation Maintain accurate sales and inventory records Work to meet or exceed home sales and occupancy goals Resident Relations & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents Foster a positive, respectful, and community-oriented environment Emergency & After-Hours Support Respond to community emergencies as needed (water leaks, safety concerns, etc.) Coordinate emergency repairs or services when required Qualifications Previous property management experience a plus (mobile home or multifamily preferred) Home sales, leasing, or real estate sales experience strongly preferred Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills Basic computer skills (email, property management software, spreadsheets, Microsoft) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Driver's license & reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Attributes Knowledge of manufactured housing communities Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills Organized, dependable, and professional Comfortable working with diverse populations Compensation & Benefits $38,000 experience taken into consideration Earned commissions and bonuses
PTO & Benefits Pay:
From $39,000.00 per year
