Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Community Manager to lead and nurture vibrant residential communities. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, property staff, and vendors, ensuring a positive living experience while maintaining operational excellence. Your proactive approach will foster community engagement, uphold regulatory compliance—including Fair Housing regulations—and drive property success through exceptional customer service and strategic management. Responsibilities Act as the main liaison between residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and property staff to promote a welcoming and responsive community atmosphere Oversee leasing activities including property tours, application processing, and upselling available units to prospective tenants Manage lease agreements, contracts, and legal documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with Landlord-tenant law and Section 8 regulations Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks using systems like Yardi or OneSite to ensure timely resolution Conduct regular community inspections to uphold safety standards, enforce policies, and manage conflict resolution effectively Maintain accurate data entry of resident information, rent payments, and service requests within property management software such as Yardi or OneSite Facilitate resident engagement events and foster positive relationships through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and legal administrative procedures Hands-on experience with property management software Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and contract administration within a property or facilities management setting Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication via phone and in person Background in sales or upselling techniques to maximize occupancy rates and revenue streams Office experience involving filing, data entry, customer relationship management (CRM), and general administrative tasks Join us to lead vibrant communities where residents feel valued and supported!
