Job Description

A well-established, family-owned property management company is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to lead the daily operations of one of its apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive property management professional who enjoys leading teams, building strong resident relationships, and creating successful communities. What You'll Do Oversee all day-to-day operations of the apartment community. Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with residents. Lead, coach, and supervise onsite leasing and maintenance teams. Maximize occupancy through leasing, resident retention, and marketing efforts. Manage rent collections, budgets, reports, and administrative responsibilities. Conduct resident certifications, where applicable, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies. Perform regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects. Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve operational, resident satisfaction, and financial goals. Ensure the community is maintained in a safe, clean, and welcoming condition. What You'll Bring Previous multifamily property management experience preferred. Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Experience with leasing, occupancy, budgeting, and compliance. Ability to effectively lead and motivate onsite teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel locally for business-related errands. Why Join Us?
