Job Description
Established property management company has an immediate opening for a Property Manager position for our apartment community in Ravenna, OH. Qualified candidates must be business leaders with strong marketing and leasing capabilities to maintain the property at 100% occupancy while maintaining superior resident retention and customer service. In this leadership role you will hire, manage, develop and ensure the success of the entire team including leasing, and maintenance staff. This candidate must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem solving, decision-making, multi-tasking, communication, strong marketing, administrative, and organizational skills. Only qualified candidates will be contacted. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect site grounds daily and verify status of vacant units; ensure buildings are in a clean and orderly condition Attend to the needs of the residents, potential residents and associates utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents are treated with respect, and their concerns are properly addressed in a timely manner Ability to recruit, hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff Maximize income, control expenditures, and maintain financial objectives Manage day to day operations focusing on occupancy, collections, and work flow Prioritize work to meet goals and objectives utilizing strong communication and organization skills Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation. Salary negotiable based on experience.
