Job Description

This position would be a Property Manager. Looking for this person to run the property management for the portfolio in Southeastern PA & Camden County. The person would need to live in that area and have experience in property management, maintenance, municipal relations, and existing vendor relationships for maintenance work etc.

Location :

Live in Southeastern PA area. Hybrid role with office in Broomall and travel within the counties of Delco/Philly/Montgomery and Camden county too. Come to the PA office outside of Philly when needed.

Job responsibilities:

Oversee property management of the Southeastern PA & Camden county residential portfolio, coordinate and establish relationships with outside vendors for maintenance work, establish relationships with municipalities and coordinate regulatory compliance.

Experience needed:

They are open to 1-2 years experience, up to having 5-10 years experience. Willing to pay in accordance w/ experience.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
