We have residences in:

Penn Hills, Wilkinsburg, Homestead, Braddock Hills, Verona, & New Kensington and are hiring for both full-time and part-time shifts. Job Summary AMP Residential is seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Lead to join our residential team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health and clinical support to individuals with complex needs, including developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health challenges. We need energetic staff that are willing to learn and/or use their experience and make a difference in a person's life.

Required Experience for the role:

ALL applicants have a minimum 5-years' experience in the field of Residential care / dual-diagnosis care Aleast 2-years' experience as a team lead / house manager / supervisor in residential care. Knowledge of 6100/6400 and experience in passing medications and using a paper or electronic MAR, is required. AMP requires the Team lead, in addition to all the duties of being a direct support professional, you will participate in Doctor's appointments, and oversee paperwork, food / household / gas budgets, vehicle maintenance.

Rate of pay:

Base Rate for all placements: $19.50-$22.50/hr depending on experience.

Placement in select homes:

up to $22.50/hr We have paid training and a great work environment. $1,000 retention bonus and an unlimited $500 referral bonus. AMP is hiring for the following shifts for this specific position: Full-time, 8pm-4pm Monday through Friday (Team Lead Shift) Requirements for hire: AMP requires a 6-8 day orientation, 8:30am-3:30pm. All training dates must be attended. No days can be missed. Additionally, once hired you must attend all monthly meetings, quarterly 8-hour in person trainings, and annual trainings as required by 6100 / 6400 regulations. Required Qualifications Valid Drivers License Access to a personal Vehicle that can be used daily Minimum of a G.E.D. or High School Diploma The ability to always learn, grow and have the positive attitude required to care for challenging individuals. Be able to attend all required orientation dates. This role requires experience with individuals who may require significant hygiene assistance, including bathing, dealing with bodily fluids, changing, administering medications, etc. Are you comfortable with dealing with individuals who may require significant hygiene assistance? Do you have your own personal vehicle you can use daily? Do you have at least 2 years experience as a Team Lead, House Manager, or Supervisor in a residential care setting? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the Residential field dealing with individuals who require dual diagnosis care?
