www.lowcountrygetaway.com About the Role We're seeking an upbeat, reliable, and hospitality-minded Property Manager to oversee guest experience and property readiness at our Folly Beach property named Wave Watcher.

https://www.lowcountrygetaway.com/properties/wave Key Responsibilities Ensure the property is 100% guest ready before their arrival Inspect properties after cleaning and before guest arrivals. Meet the guest to show them the property amenities when they arrive. Direct maintenance staff and supervise repairs as needed. Handle urgent guest issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Live within 20 minutes of Folly Beach. Reliable transportation and ability to visit the property. Positive, professional, and guest-focused demeanor. Comfortable managing guest interactions. Schedule & Commitment This is a part time role that only requires about 2-3 hours of time once or twice per week. We generally know the schedule a few months in advance as we get reservations though we do occasionally have last minute reservations or changes Additionally this person needs to be available in case of general issues that may arise at the property. Are you reliably able to commute to Folly Beach given the summer traffic conditions? Are there any conflicting schedules that we should be aware of? Occasionally, guests report minor maintenance issues after check-in (TV not working, lock issues, etc.). Are you comfortable being the first set of eyes on-site when needed?
