We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a brand-new apartment community in Gatesville, Texas . If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in maintaining a beautiful community, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day operations of the community. Manage leasing, renewals, and resident retention. Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Market the community to maintain strong occupancy. Supervise office staff, maintenance personnel, and vendors. Coordinate make-readies and ensure apartments are move-in ready. Handle resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. Monitor budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquency. Conduct property inspections to ensure community standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local regulations. Qualifications Previous property management or multifamily housing experience preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience with property management software is a plus. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
