URGENTLY LOOKING TO HIRE A PROPERTY MANAGER!

We are currently seeking to immediately fill a position for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for support of the day-to-day operations at the properties, management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor management and tenant requests. The position offers a great opportunity to work in a fun environment, while also offering growth potential.

Key duties include:

Tenant Relations, Customer Service, and Requests Monthly tenant rent statements and aged receivable management. Weekly accounts payable processing. Management of On-Site Staff Lease administration Key Qualifications include: Must be bilingual in Spanish 2-3 years property manager experience in apartment complex of 150-200 units. Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus! Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Adaptable with the ability to change priorities on short notice. Excellent time management skills.
