This role focuses on execution and coordination and does not include financial or ownership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant requests and day-to-day communication Coordinate vendors, work orders, and maintenance activities Perform property inspections and track issues Maintain vendor compliance and documentation Support operational consistency across assigned portfolio Portfolio Alignment Supports a Senior Property Manager across a shared portfolio.
