50-unit apartment community We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Full-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 50-unit apartment community in Wharton, Texas. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent resident service while maintaining strong occupancy and property standards. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community Market available apartments, conduct tours, and assist prospective residents Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements Collect rent and follow up on delinquent accounts Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion Perform regular property inspections and maintain curb appeal Address resident questions, concerns, and lease violations Maintain accurate resident files, records, and reports Work with ownership to meet occupancy and financial goals Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies Qualifications Previous apartment management or leasing experience is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Basic computer skills; property management software experience is a plus Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Occasional after-hours availability for property emergencies may be required Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid vacation time Paid sick time Insurance benefits Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a current resume and a brief description of their apartment management or leasing experience.
