POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Manager is the key onsite employee and is responsible for the overall operations of the property—from hiring and managing employees to achieving the highest possible NOI and maintaining the appearance and longevity of the community. Lift Residential views the Community Manager as one of the most vital positions within the organization and strives to support them in every way possible.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain strong occupancy by actively managing leasing efforts and maximizing rents based on current market conditions Communicate with prospects, residents, the development company, maintenance staff, and corporate team professionally and efficiently. Be a leader in creating a strong sense of community for residents while fostering an enjoyable work environment for staff. Monitor and manage onsite Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including operating within the approved budget, leasing vacant units, collecting rents, managing delinquency, and submitting weekly and monthly reports. Create an environment that promotes resident and employee retention. Provide excellent customer service to both residents and project investors through prompt communication, attention to detail, and maintaining the community to the highest standard.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of property management experience; experience with lease-up properties preferred. Experience with Entrata or other property management software. Understanding of how to operate within monthly and annual budgets. Bachelor's degree preferred. "Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation; previous client-facing experience required.
COMPENSATION
Salary range $70,000 to $77,000 (based on experience), benefits, ability to earn performance bonuses.
