Rural Development, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs, we oversee over 1800 units and are committed to expanding our services, particularly in Utah. Summary We are seeking a dedicated professional to join Key Property Management as a key member of our team. This role is vital in ensuring the effective management of our properties while upholding our commitment to providing quality affordable housing. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of assigned properties to ensure compliance with LIHTC & Rural Development regulations. Utilize RealPage's OneSite software for property management tasks including tenant tracking, waitlist management, maintenance tracking, and financial reporting. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure safety standards and maintenance needs are met. Assist in the leasing process by showing units, processing applications, and conducting background checks. Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and property upkeep efficiently. Maintain accurate records related to property management activities including data entry for reports. Support administrative functions such as budgeting, advertising, and contract negotiations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and property management practices. Experience with RealPage's OneSite software is highly preferred. Proven ability in facilities management and property maintenance oversight. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and team members. Sales experience is a plus for promoting available units effectively. Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
